It is called Interest

 

 

Simple interest is calculated using the same principal throughout the period of

payment of interest using the formula given below.

Using the formula A = P + I

Where

A – amount paid

P – principal

I – interest

Amount = Sh 54 200 + Sh 26 016 = Sh 80 216
