What do you understand by your thoughts and feelings?

  • My thoughts are what I think.

  • Feelings is happy or sad or angry or fear too.

  • When I am sick and unhappy I feel sad.
  • I feel happy on my birthday with all the gifts.
  • I feel tired when I work for too long and too hard.

  • I feel hungry when I have not eaten food.
  • I miss my teachers when I am at home.
  • And I miss my parents when I am at school.
